Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by tracking status. To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or refunded.

- Items must remain unworn, unused, and in resalable condition

We strongly recommend using the same outer shipping carton (or an equivalent protective box) in which the order was originally delivered.
